Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of devgud.com and of the apps published by DevGud Technologies. Each app may have its own additional terms. For example, the BookVanity terms are at bookvanity.com/legal/terms. If you use our website or apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Using our services

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for what you do under your account and for the content you add.

2. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our services. That means you must not break the law, infringe the rights of others, upload malware, try to access other people's data, or overload or reverse-engineer our systems.

3. Your content

You own the content you create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only so that we can provide the service to you.

4. Subscriptions

Paid features are sold as in-app subscriptions through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store's billing terms apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account. See Refunds & Cancellation.

5. Our intellectual property

The apps, the website, the names DevGud, BookVanity and MeraSociety, and our logos and designs belong to DevGud Technologies.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services reliable, but we provide them "as is". We may change features from time to time. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give you reasonable notice.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Termination

You can stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
