Refunds & Cancellation
This policy applies to all paid subscriptions in apps published by DevGud Technologies.
1. Where you pay
You buy subscriptions only inside our apps, through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad. We never ask you to pay anywhere else, and we never see your card or UPI details.
2. Free plans and trials
Every app has a free plan. Where an app offers a free trial, the app explains the trial terms before you start it.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your store's subscription settings:
- Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Refunds
Google or Apple takes the payment, so their refund rules apply:

| Google Play | Within 48 hours, request it directly in Google Play. After 48 hours, email us and we will review the request with Google. |
| App Store | Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. |
Were you charged but the paid features did not switch on? Email us with your order number and we will fix it.
5. Delivery
Our products are digital services, so nothing is shipped. Paid features switch on as soon as the store confirms your payment.
